Product dimensions are listed in inches. Product colors are displayed using digital images, and the appearance of color is affected by the customer’s screen and display settings.

Customers must review the product description, dimensions, materials, and included components before placing an order.

Furniture Assembly and Use

Customers must follow the assembly, care, and use instructions supplied with each product.

All included hardware and components must be used during assembly. Products must be placed on a stable surface and used for the function described on the product page.

Garment Nook is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect assembly, modification, misuse, exposure to unsuitable conditions, or use that conflicts with the product instructions. This limitation does not restrict rights provided by applicable consumer law.

Prices and Currency

All prices are displayed and charged in U.S. dollars.

The price shown during checkout is the price charged for the order. No sales tax is charged at checkout. Standard shipping is free on every order.

Discounts apply according to the terms displayed with the applicable promotion. Discounts cannot be applied after an order is submitted.

Payments

Payment is collected when the order is submitted and payment authorization is completed.

Payment information is processed through Shopify Payments, PayPal, and the payment provider selected during checkout.

Orders

An order confirmation email is sent after an order is submitted successfully.

A product that is out of stock

When an order is canceled by Garment Nook after payment has been collected, the payment is returned to the original payment method.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they enter processing or shipment. Contact customer service to request a cancellation.

After an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. The customer can receive the order and complete a return under our Return & Refund Policy.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship only to the 48 contiguous United States. Orders are fulfilled by our fulfillment provider in Grain Valley, Missouri, and shipped through FedEx.

Shipping costs, processing times, transit times, excluded destinations, order cutoff times, and tracking information are described in our Shipping Policy.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged products, missing parts, and incorrect products are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers must contact customer service before mailing a return or exchange. Garment Nook provides the prepaid return label and return instructions.

Product Warranty

Garment Nook does not provide a separate commercial product warranty.

This warranty statement does not limit rights or remedies provided to customers under applicable consumer law.

Website Content and Intellectual Property

The website and its content are owned by or licensed to GARMENT NOOK LLC. Protected content includes:

Our total liability for a claim connected to an order does not exceed the amount paid for the product connected to that claim.
